Authors of high quality articles will be invited to submit to the International Journal of Operations and Production Management (IJOPM) for a Special Issue on Service Operations Management.
Abstracts submitted which precede this call will also be considered
Submissions are invited on a broad range of themes including (but not limited to):
Service Design, Service Delivery Systems, Service Science, Co-creation of Value, Service Capacity, Global Service Operations, Service Encounters, Servitisation, Service Supply Chain, Performance Measurement, Service Quality, Service Innovation, Service Profit Chain, Product-Service Systems, Revenue Management, Service Experience.
