The National Palace of Culture is the largest multifunctional and congress complex in South Eastern Europe ( http://www.education-world.eu<http://www.education-world.eu/index.php?lang=2>).
There will be representatives from Europe, USA, Australia and Russia. To organize the largest educational event in Bulgaria, we work with many embassies, educational and cultural organizations, and Bulgarian state authorities.
